Return Process

  Log into your Collins account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
